To use BodyOpia, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

BodyOpia offers a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No payment information is required to start your trial. The trial automatically expires unless you choose to subscribe.
After your trial period, you may choose from our available subscription plans. All fees are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
Payment is due in advance for each billing cycle. We accept major South African payment methods including EFT, credit cards, SnapScan, and Zapper. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Renewal Notifications: We will send you an email reminder at least 20 business days before your subscription automatically renews, as required by the South African Consumer Protection Act. This email will include:
How to Cancel Automatic Renewal: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at admin@bodyopia.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Voluntary Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions as a voluntary goodwill gesture.
5-Business-Day Cooling-Off Period: As a consumer purchasing services through distance selling (online), you have the unconditional right to cancel your subscription within five (5) business days from the date of purchase or receipt of transaction confirmation, without reason or penalty.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, BodyOpia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
